Interest Form
Forms will be recieved and evaluated for the Spring ‘25 Season!
This form should be filled out by High School students attending Oakland Tech, or for whom Oakland Tech is their closest qualifying BADA league Team. Please fill out this form and upload liability PDF along with interest form, prior to tryouts in late August, date TBD.
PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT STATEMENT:
We are a dedicated and competitive team, run by parents and volunteer coaches, with many players who pursue Ultimate playing and training year-round through competitive clubs and travel teams.
Regardless of your experience level, our coaches and managers will require you to attend all practices and games. Coaches will only excuse conflicts under rare circumstances, as fluctuating attendance hampers team success and well-being.
Players who join the team but are not meeting these minimum requirements will be politely excused. Please do not fill out this form if you are unsure of your availability, as we do not offer team slots for practice players.
